COVID 19 POLICY UPDATES. In response to COVID-19 we will currently have a FINAL SALE policy until further notice. The health of our team and customers is our number one priority. On our end we are making sure packages are sent by a healthy and sanitary team.

WHAT IF MY PRODUCT IS DAMAGED? All damaged items must be reported to us within 48 hours of the delivery date. Please email customercare@alexandroushop.com
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM? Please email customercare@alexandroushop.com with your order number and reason for your return or exchange. You will receive an email back within 48 hours and how to proceed with your return. If you need to exchange an item for a different size email to confirm we have the correct size and we will hold the item for you. You will be responsible for your shipping charges on all returns/exchanges.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? Not at this time.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING? We offer $3 standard shipping on all orders in the United States.

CAN I CANCEL OR MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER? We cannot guarantee any cancellation or change once your order has been completed.
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED? Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT WRAPPING? Not at this time. However, when you checkout there is a note section and we can send a personal note with the package. You can also note not to include an invoice so there is no pricing in the package.
HOW DO I USE A COUPON CODE? Coupon codes must be redeemed at checkout. Each coupon code can be used once per customer.
